J. Daniel Bromley’s pro sports career aspirations were dashed in 1984 when he was born without appreciable athletic ability. Undaunted by this tragic setback, Mr. Bromley utilized his keen intellect to earn a degree in Political Science at the University of Calgary, to record a 96th percentile Law School Admissions Test score, and to obtain a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Alberta’s prestigious Faculty of Law.
Mr. Bromley articled at McCourt Law Offices and then joined the firm as a lawyer immediately thereafter, in 2013. His affinity for the underdog has served him well, as Dan has dedicated his professional legal career to helping innocent injured auto accident victims recover proper monetary compensation from negligent motorists’ insurers or from the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Fund. Dan has appeared as counsel at all levels of Alberta courts, including Provincial Court, Queen's Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal.
